DELIVERY

We will make every effort to get your products safely packed and delivered to you as quickly as possible, however, postal, manufacturing and courier delays are beyond our control. 

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for safe packing and delivery within Australia.

CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for printing and shipping on all Giclée Print orders. 

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for printing, framing and shipping on all Floating Frame Canvas Reproductions.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Should you require something more urgently, please contact us so we can arrange Express Delivery. (Express Delivery will be an additional charge and is calculated according to size, weight, packaging and delivery location). We will do our utmost to keep this cost as low as possible for you. Please contact us initially via the Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS

Upon receipt of your delivery, please ensure the packaging is intact and undamaged before opening. If there is any damage to the packaging, please take photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening. Once you have the photos, unpack your item with care and check the contents for any damage. Packaging is created to withstand a reasonable level of damage during transit without the product inside being affected, however, if there is any damage to the product, photographic evidence will be required for us to resolve any issues.

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON PURCHASES OVER $500*

Purchases between $200 - $500, shipping is $45*

Purchases Under $200, shipping is $15*

DISCLAIMER
*Shipping costs are subject to change at any time. Oversize, heavy items and bulky goods over 100cm in Width or Length may attract an additional shipping fee. If this is the case, we will notify you.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:   

For original paintings on stretched linen or canvas 100cm or less (width and/or height, framed or unframed), the artwork is packed and shipped ready to hang.

For original paintings  stretched on linen or canvas over 100cm (width and/or height), the painting is carefully dismantled and shipped in a roll with stretcher bars. The painting can be re-stretched onto the stretcher bars by your local framer. (We do not cover the cost of the re-stretching).

For framed original paintings stretched on linen or canvas over 100cm (width and/or height), with a frame, these will be shipped ready to hang, however there will be a shipping charge for an oversized item. We will notify you of any shipping fee required.

For original paintings on Canvas Oil Paper, or Fine Art Giclée Prints, these are shipped either flat packed or in a roll depending on size.

For Framed Canvas Prints, these are packed and shipped ready to hang.

International Shipping:
Please contact us directly for a specific shipping rate for the product/s you wish to order. Rates will vary depending on size, weight and your location. We will do our utmost to provide the best possible shipping price and assure your products are appropriately packed for protection.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not available unless the product is damaged through transport or manufacture.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process.
In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside as well as the shipping label.

For original paintings that are damaged during transit*, please contact us to arrange  return of the damaged painting to us. Photographic evidence of damaged packaging and shipping label is required.
